What To Wear
Dress to impress on weekends spent in luxury, or on our terraces in the sun.
Maybe you’re planning a weekend visit to one of our spectacular restaurants like Fortnum’s, “the most Instagrammable restaurant in London” (Evening Standard). Or perhaps you’re looking to settle in and catch some midweek cafΓ© culture vibes on our suntrap terraces. All of our patrons are as iconic as we are βΒ it’s you who ultimately make The Royal Exchange the landmark that it is. So why not make the excuse to look the part with a trip to our luxury boutiques?

Perfect for both sun-terrace sipping and English-summer opulence is Aspinal of London’s vibrant new collection, The Great British Season, which “celebrates British summertime, blending elegance, vibrancy and tradition.” Like this gorgeous Midi Mayfair, hand-embroidered with silk detailing of English wildflowers to offer “a charming, nature-inspired twist, perfect for transitioning from garden parties to evening soirΓ©es.” Indeed β or, we might add, from the terrace to the courtyard.

Life at The Royal Exchange is the perfect expression of the Italian phrase la dolce vita β the sweet life. And so what better to wear than Boodles‘ “Florentine Dolce Vita” collection of statement colour jewellery. The brand explains how “inspired by the zest and glamour of the iconic Dolce Vita era in Italy, the pieces exude vibrancy, boldness and a playful celebration of life.” We think this gorgeous Florentine design pendant would look particularly good in our central courtyard. Don’t you?
It’s time to get your shades on. And these stylish two-tone sunglasses by Tom Davies’ Catch London brand are just the thing. Handmade with premium acetate in black and tortoiseshell, it’s all you need, the label enthuses, “for that Summer-ready poolside chic” β or for catching rays outside The Royal Exchange.
