To mark half a century of his Padstow institution The Seafood Restaurant, Rick Stein has chosen Fortnumβs Bar & Restaurant at The Royal Exchange to bring five of his most beloved dishes to London. What’s more, guests will be able to purchase the exclusive Rick Stein 50th Anniversary Retail Range from the Fortnum’s boutique: including the Lobster Tea Towel, Blue Lobster Apron, Lobster 2 Pint Jug and Champagne Gift Box.

Available for a limited time this summer, the exclusive menu is a nostalgic celebration of British seafood at its finest. Running for two months only, this limited-edition offering will sit alongside Fortnumβs Γ la carte menus, featuring five signature dishes from Rickβs celebrated repertoire β each representing a decade in the storied history of The Seafood Restaurant. This will be a limited run from the 5th of June to the 5th of August: book now to savour that remarkable taste of the sea.
