Pretty Little London are known for bringing Instagram to life with their beautiful and evocative images of the capital. This month The Royal Exchange is inviting Londoners to see some of the pair’s work up close as we host a unique and exclusive exhibition of their images of the City of London.

From 10 February to 8 March, The Royal Exchange will host the exhibition of new images from Pretty Little London that capture the beauty and individuality of the City of London. The photographs will be positioned around The Royal Exchange for anyone to come and enjoy. We will also be running a competition to win one of the prints, so keep your eyes peeled on our socials for information on how to enter.

In 2022 The Royal Exchange is embracing the theme of ‘Love The City’ and is encouraging people to celebrate our home and neighbourhood. Our exhibition with Pretty Little London is part of our celebration of the City and what makes it special – capturing its most beautiful corners, new and old.

Sara Santini and Andrea Di Filippo are the names behind one of the most aesthetically pleasing and informative Instagram pages about the capital, Pretty Little London. Their beautiful shots of the most wonderful, interesting and pretty corners of the city keep almost 700,000 followers enchanted and have been made into a gorgeous coffee table book, Pretty Little London: A Seasonal Guide to the City’s Most Instagrammable Places.

As well as the exhibition, Sara and Andrea shared their secrets for the first time in a series of three masterclasses at The Royal Exchange on 17 and 18 February. Attendees learned how the pair hunt out the most picturesque corners of London and how they’ve refined their aesthetic, before practising taking their own images with London’s most Instagrammable restaurant – The Fortnum’s Bar & Restaurant at The Royal Exchange – as a test subject.
