Since we reopened our doors in mid-June we’ve been delighted to welcome back customers and staff, as together we navigate what the new normal looks like for the City. To ensure you can visit us in confidence, we’ve put special measures in place, from high-tech sanitisation to monitored access, one-way systems and personalised service.

FORTNUM’S RETURNS

The Royal Exchange Fortnum & Mason boutique, and The Fortnum’s Bar & Restaurant, will reopen on Monday 6 July. Housed within our airy central courtyard, it’s the perfect place to reconnect with friends, family or business associates over an alfresco style breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea or dinner.

The boutique will be fully stocked with all your Fortnum’s favourites – including speciality teas, biscuits, preserves, and hampers – and its Square Mile 90 minute delivery service will also be back in operation. For further information, click here.

DAZZLING DIAMONDS

Fine jewellery house Vashi specialises in helping customers to co-create unique pieces of jewellery, together with one of its in-house jewellery makers at The Royal Exchange boutique. With a focus on diamond engagement rings and wedding bands, it’s a memorable experience for couples who want to play a part in the design process to ensure the end result is something truly sentimental.

Vashi’s Loose Diamonds experience lets customers view and compare a selection of loose stones under the microscope, to learn more about their unique characteristics. The favourite stones can then be tried in an array of styles and settings, to begin the process of designing something that’s completely unique to you. GRADUATION GIFTS

As with many special events this year, graduation celebrations will be a slightly anti-climatic affair this summer, with ceremonies cancelled and postponed for the class of 2020. Simply order your box of treats online and a member of the Rococo team will then contact you to arrange delivery, and provide details of how to access your live Zoom session with a chocolate specialist. Each box contains 15 scrumptious delicacies for 1-2 people to enjoy.

For an extended pampering session, precede or follow up your chocolate tasting with a complimentary virtual skincare consultation with Bamford. During a 30-minute video call, wellness and treatment manager, Kristi, will perform an extensive skin analysis, prescribe a personalised skincare regime to best suit your skin type and address any concerns, and share her tips for achieving optimal results at home.
