Mulberry’s new buy-back scheme, The Mulberry Exchange, has arrived at The Royal Exchange, making it easy for City residents and professionals to recycle and upgrade their leather goods. Owners of Mulberry bags and mini bags can take their pre-loved items to The Royal Exchange boutique, where they will be appraised and authenticated by experts in store.

In exchange for their bag, customers will be offered a gift card equating to 25 per cent of the original purchase price*, which can be put towards a new Mulberry purchase. The pre-loved bags will then be sent for restoration by Mulberry artisans in Somerset to be revived for future owners to enjoy.

*Please note that bags should be presented along with the original receipt. Customers who do not have the original receipt will be offered a gift card that equates to 25 per cent of the last selling price for that particular bag.
