Rococo Chocolates has been busy inventing new concoctions during lockdown, including these indulgent chocolate-dipped dates. Head chocolatier, Mireille, spent a year searching for the right dates, settling on three different varieties – Wanan, Kholas and Khidri – each encased in a shell of chocolate specially selected to complement its flavour. The Rococo chocolatiers have also captured the British summertime dessert synonymous with Wimbledon in its limited edition strawberries and cream chocolate truffles. The tennis may have been cancelled this year, but at least we can console ourselves with these.
