    T-TIME

Inspired by the jeweller’s iconic ‘T’ motif, Tiffany’s T1 Wide Ring is a bold yet refined statement, combining clean lines and graphic forms

Not long after being founded by Charles Lewis Tiffany in New York City in 1837, Tiffany & Co. was soon regarded as ‘the palace of jewels’, renowned for its fine craftsmanship and exceptional gemstone creations. Fast forward to the 1950s and its fame had spread around the globe, not only due to the expansion of its stores, but because it had cemented its place in popular culture thanks to Truman Capote’s iconic Breakfast at Tiffany’s film starring Audrey Hepburn, which elevated the jeweler to ‘household name’ status worldwide.

Today, Tiffany & Co. continues to push the boundaries of creativity with its show-stopping high jewellery pieces. The house may be synonymous with diamonds but it is now just as well known for its understated, yet beautiful, everyday jewellery designs for men and women, which are crafted with the same level of expertise.

The new Tiffany T1 collection, for example, is the latest evolution of the Tiffany T collection, celebrating the iconic ‘T’ motif, which has featured in the brand’s jewellery designs since the early 1980s. Designed by American fashion designer Reed Krakoff, a shaper of American design who believes “luxury should be effortless and irreverent”. Krakoff’s T1 collection honors the legacy of the iconic ‘T’ motif, but also modernises it, combining clean lines and graphic forms, updated with elegant and angular proportions.

The T1 Wide Ring in 18ct gold features a beveled edge design on the T-shape, making it a bold yet refined statement that can be worn on its own or mixed and matched with other Tiffany rings. Modern and effortless, this unisex design is ideal for complementing smart office attire and elegant evening ensembles alike, taking you between business and pleasure in subtle and sophisticated style.
