    LONDONERS ON LOVE: GINGER

Fashion editor Ginger tells us #WhatLoveIs to her

We took to the streets surrounding The Royal Exchange to ask the City community to share their thoughts on the topic of love. In this special series, we find out #WhatLoveIs to Londoners today

    GINGER, 30, FASHION EDITOR

“I’ve never been one for saying ‘I love you’ much. My boyfriend’s brother has Down’s Syndrome and he, on the other hand, is always ready to show his affection and often tells family and friends that he loves them. He is the last person I said ‘I love you’ to because his affection is infectious. Love is all-relative, much in the same way that beauty lies in the eye of the beholder, but it goes hand in hand with so many other things such as respect, exchange or trust – it would be hard to extract the concept of love from the ecosystem it exists in. Love is in an exchange – it’s what gives meaning, joy, laughter, excitement and so many other wonderful things to life.”
